Ca fais déjà deux fois que je fais-le programme insanity sur 2mois mais j’avais jamais chercher une app qui suit ma progression, très bonne app même sans l’abonnement

An amazing app I highly recommend to keep track of your insanity workout progresses and schedule! There’s only one small thing I’d like to suggest to its creators: why calling the first week « week 0 » ? It’s a bit discouraging :)

Nice and easy

Excellent

Cette app est excellent, tu peux Checker tout tes workout, mettre les mesures et résultat, avoir un rappel du workout suivant, ajouter des photo, c'est top. La version complète doit être encore plus enrichie mais je n'ai pas passé le pas. Le seul petit manque, c'est un détecteur de rythme cardiaque, obligé d'utiliser une autre app pour après l'inscrire sur cette app. Peut être à la prochaine MAJ.

Un mode d'emploi serait apprécié...

Il serait bien d'avoir un guide pour utiliser l'application car je la trouve complexe, j'ai à peine réussi à saisir mon premier fit test, mais le reste des séances impossible de les saisir.... Sinon je pense que cette application aurait tout son intérêt si je comprenais comment l'utiliser.

Works exactly as expected

This app works for the Insanity Workouts. It’s Jan 2024 and I recently started redoing them. I am glad “theres an app for that”. It’s really simple and intuitive and I’m happy with the ease of use.

Calendar was a little off. However, the app was great!

A little disappointed

I’m currently using the Free version and it’s glitchy. I’m constantly getting prompts to visit the store but I can’t read the message because the dimensions are off. Either the prompt box appears slightly off screen and/or it doesn’t let me scroll through the text. When I visit the store, the price of the in-app purchase isn’t available so I don’t feel comfortable upgrading to the Pro version
