Using this app abroad and it really helps to stay in touch with what’s happening all over the world but mainly India. Very useful tool to spend least possible time and yet stay up to date. Only recommendation will be to develop another category where one can get to read a lot of good positive news happening all over the world. It’s very disturbing at time to start your day with a lot of negative things happening all over the world.

Very informative but off late the same information is repeated in 4 to 5 slides. This distances people who want quick update and makes it boring

I like the way all the news are segmented which gives me an option to do personalization. Inshorts are awesome summaries and part my daily routines!
They have these short cards where you can learn about different stuffs everyday. For some reason swipe wont work on it
…until they started to add loud audio advertisements that can’t be stopped despite having my auto play setting to ‘off’ especially when one is in a quite room or in public. App has become very clunky lately (on iOS) and the ad audio starts before one swipes to the the actual ad page. Their insights page only allows you to swipe left but not return to an earlier card. This is the typical, desperate to monetize, and the. going too far. I’m sorry to say, after years of enjoying it, I’m going to relegate this too, to the abyss of ‘uninstalled’.
Don’t get me wrong… I love inshorts. Pros -I love their simple UI. -I absolutely love their initiatives on sharing info in a fun visual way. -easy access to whole article with single swipe But… here are some cons - their relevance option DOES NOT WORK. Inshorts categorisation game is weak bro… they need to fix it for your “Relevance” option to work. -Inshorts sometimes is sneaky. They make changes and don’t inform you to update the app. You just have to wait for something to go wrong and then check if there’s an update required. For a mobile app, this feature is important. Fix it! - the language for the headlines. Please… hire a good editor editor!
Good app
It was a good app with few things I din like but now it has turned into pathetic app with so many ads displayed as news swipe up. Hate it now
