Not real time order expectations
We ordered a two pizzas and the estimated time was 45mins, we thought that’s not bad and the app send a notification when the order is ready to be picked up. It has now been 1 hour and 10mins since we ordered, 40mins since the set collection time - and the pizzas are only now, going into the oven. Absolutely ridiculous! They need to either put in development for real time updates, or set realistic expectations for orders.
