InstaCash - Sell Used Phone

It was a pleasant experience selling my iphone 13.

I can recommend using InstaCash.

The customer support team shouts at you and demands for the details rather than asking. The phone photos are uploaded when requesting pickup of the phone in the app by us. Still they email and say they are not uploaded - and all kinds of other stuff. They sent Dehlivery person to pick up the phone - he did not have any idea on what needs to be done - process wise. There was no KT happened to that poor guy. And go forbid - if at any process if you or the delivery person miss - the whole order gets cancelled - and you are back to square one. NEVER SELL YOUR PHONE HERE! IT IS A NIGHTMARE!!!

Only improvement needed is in contacting customer care via call or chat through application…communication through emails is fluent No problems in selling the device and receiving the payment the whole process is hassle free and smooth better than rest of its competitors.Just look into the suggested improvement. Itni ganddi app bsdk sabse girra howa rate diye ha. Or baar baar crash ho rahi thi aap time wasete kara is aap ko use karne k liye taabhi maine review dala hai

Useless app. I placed order 10 days back but no one came for pick up even after raising a complaint with their customer support team

This is a fraud app, they will take all the details and documents and then will never pick your call. There customer service number also doesn’t work
