Instachew Infinity

I’ve used both the purrsite mini and the purrsite 360 for about a year to check on my dog when I’m not home and both have worked great. Set up was very easy and customer service is great. There was a technical issue with the app yesterday and customer service got back to me very quickly and even sent me a follow up email when the issue was resolved.

It worked great but all day it’s been saying “server error” and won’t let me access anything so I logged out and restarted my phone and now it won’t even let me log in just keeps repeating “server error” what does that mean?

i tried giving this app a chance but it messes up every time like there is always a bug. i’m tired of it.

I tried to use iCloud and the traditional method to set up an account and there was always some issue. The biggest one was that no matter what combination, I couldn't get a sufficient password. It just kept telling me to enter a new one. Returning the fountain and finding a new one from a different brand - this is a waste of time and money.

Just got the camera and the app says I need to update it, but there is no update. It won’t connect to the camera and doesn’t follow the steps in the mini pamphlet. So I have a useless camera now.

I cannot successfully sync my iphone to the Instachew litter box. I have wifii, the app, the connection, the pairing function is on but The app keeps saying no device found. I think I may have to return this thing😤

My camera is no longer usable because it will not connect to the app. Instachew, fix this asap!!!!

needs an updated simpler UI, some features aren’t working (pet tracking weight, times used the litter..etc)

Astonishingly bad. It goes back to the store tomorrow. Bad software, bad UI. No thanks.

Other apps can connect to these cameras. I couldn’t get this app to connect to my camera and someone helping me used an entirely different app and gained access to my camera in 1.5 min and only scanned their phone!!! I have this camera on my back porch to watch over my dogs when I’m inside and they want to be out doors. Now knowing just anyone can connect and maintain access to the cameras is EXTREMELY disturbing!!! The app is trash and has been since the last update and it kicked off some of my devices and now will not let me re connect them. Huge waste of money huge privacy concerns and waste of time. Do not use this company!!!!
