Much like the electric miles out, millions of miles behind all other apps. Always crashing, buggy, not user friendly at all!

Although the support team is excellent and responsive, occasional delays in their responses are an area for potential improvement.

With clear instructions and a user-friendly interface, this app is incredibly helpful for installations. However, occasional connectivity problems in areas with weak Wi-Fi can be frustrating.
