The order came missing two items and it was paid for Then reaching the app developers was almost impossible, no reply on any platform whatsoever for days Then after replying promising that they will send the missing products, they didn’t arrive for weeks Finally after arriving, the order was again missing an item! Very very unprofessional

After doing two albums and adding time to the shopping cart. The app wouldn’t upload the files. Sent customer service on email got feedback super late with an unhelpful reply of check your internet connection!!! Really do you think I didn’t? I replied back to them and they never got back to me.
