The support is very bed no way to contact them for urgent request. I reported an issue for 5 times and never get the feedback!

Ужасное приложение. Магазины постоянно недовозят продукты, поддержка не нормально обрабатывает обращения, пишу весь день по заказу, нет ответа, невозможно посмотреть историю переписки, никакого контроля!

When you have a order and after 2,5 hours of waiting and trying to call to thry support you will try cancel you order but they can’t do it. And they will call you and tell why they can’t cancel you order. They don’t think about client. No recommend to use this service

No control, app is not developed good, same problems every time with missing orders, I one bill can be 5-6 missing items always!!!

Actually I’ve order product here 2times, from the same supermarket”Choithrams” in Dubai Marina.From this shop to my house 5-10 minutes by walk,2 mins with bike. First time I order food,and except of promised 60 mins waited 85 mins ,then I report about it and got email with “sorry,we are working hard” and yesterday when I order second time was exactly the same problem,I report second Time and got exactly the same email “sorry,we are working hard to inprove” So I’d never recommend this service which charged me for delivery and late every time.Better just call to shop and take free delivery by supermarket, or you come to shop pick what you need, pay and in 30-60 mins they will bring your order.Never upload this service

The app itself seems nice. The service however is DISASTER. They never answer your inquires and never return money BACK. Will not recommend it to anyone.

Όταν πρωτοβγήκε η εφαρμογή ήταν τα μεταφορικά σε φυσιολογικά πλαίσια. Πλέον ζητάνε 2,50€ ενώ τα ίδια καταστήματα σε άλλες εφαρμογές έχουν χαμηλότερο κόστος ντελίβερι. Κρίμα γιατί ήταν πολύ καλή εφαρμογή. Πλέον δεν την χρησιμοποιώ καθόλου.

I ordered several times and there were always missing products, bad quality products or replacements. If you don‘t have UAE Phone number the instapoints Programm isn‘t working but that is how they „pay“ you back when something went wrong. So with a number from abroad your Money gets stolen because you just don‘t get it back.
