Needs improvements. Can’t trim videos when making reel from scratch to fit within 60 seconds. Difficult to trim in timeline. Can’t add same video into template. Having spent money on a subscription, there needs to be more flexibility and ability to create the perfect reel/video. Not very user friendly. Very dissatisfied with app. Especially with a subscription.
Tried creating 2 reels. It won’t. Another day tried and got a corrupted video. Don’t buy
I tried this app and find it to be excellent but as a beginner I will have to get my skills up to a better level
This is my conversation between me and Anna (one the staff that were supposed to help). Hope this helps. Me: Hi, I signed up for a free trial and the app charged me for a years worth subscription Anna: Hello. We investigated this issue and we see in our data that you have already used the trial period in May 2024. Trial period can be used only once, this is why you were charged when you started the annual subscription on December 30, 2024. Please note that before you start the subscription, you see the information that the trial was already used. Me: I did not see the trial was used hence why I clicked free trial Anna: Please let me know if you have any related questions. If not, I will close the conversation in about 30 minutes, but if you come up with any other question, feel free to let us know. Me: The option for free trial shouldn't be clickable in that case? And since there was no warning that I would not be able to use the free trial I feel like I have been mislead. Me: This issue is still not resolved, I would like a refund as I wanted the free trial and was mislead into thinking I would get it.
Have spent hours creating reels ready to upload, only for the app to then crash. Every single time!
Very good, everything is perfect. Even if I would love to see a search bar to select the amount of media i have to add, I see very few with more than 8 media ! Thank you :)
I think it’s a cool app . The good news is that it has great music for anyone’s genre , It has reels that are interesting and cool it’s kinda like TikTok and instagram . And it’s child friendly but the bad side is that you can only use certain things unless you have money to pay monthly or you have to follow them on facebook.
Advert looked great, templates looked great. But you have to pay to be able to access any of them. Literally only a couple templates you can actually use for FREE.
Love it but it’s a pain you cannot save photos you’ve edited for free, everything else is great but that slightly disappointing.
I was on free trial and then they carge me for a full year automatically without my consent. I mean the app is ok for try for a week but I do not want a year. Tried to contact support to fix this but never got replied.
