Not working
Installed two IntelliChem commercial units. Both units allow us to “connect” to the unit remotely or locally via the intellichem commercial app, but neither location shows any results, history, or readings. Contacted pentair commercial tech support but their computer was not setup for the intellichem commercial ScreenLogic? Trying to finish a job and feel like the technology we sold is failing. Another note, unrelated to this app, but there is no control software for Mac operating system of this unit. Doesn’t seem pentair is serious about this product. Not sure whom to contact to resolve so I wrote this review. I will certainly change it if resolution is found.
