The app “connects” to thermostat but when you set modes or temperatures it does actually communicate any of that information to the system. The app itself is not as good. Doesn’t allow you to set fan speeds or adjust other features like other thermostats.

This app stopped working it appears - saying my thermostat is offline when it is not. Tried to send email to support but it came back as undeliverable email

A week ago the app stopped working. Deleted and reinstalled it and now doesn’t even recognize my account anymore. Absolutely no support available

App connected just fine for the past 3 years. All of a sudden I can’t control anything from the app anymore on multiple devices.

I’ve been using this for about 7 years without problems. No glitches.

The app is decent but there are a lot more features of the system that would be nice to access from the app. Specifically the schedules and some of the features from the previous versions of the app.

This app does not show enough of the controls on the open page. The older app had way more info when opening the app. I would like to be able to set up seasonal schedules from the app instead of trying to stand in front of the controller for 30 minutes trying to get it right.

Worst thermostat ever - can’t connect - wiring loses connection several times a day

Give me back the old app, which worked great every time. Why change something that was consistent, reliable, mirrored perfectly to the thermostat in our home, and responsive ..to something that is the complete opposite of all these!? Give us back the old app!! Please!!

Very unreliable. I am concerned that if I'm out of town that my water pipes could freeze.
