If you pick up at a facility and the facility and the facility cancels you. There is a slim chance you can find another facility. There isn’t much available. Then if you pick up a week somewhere and they then cancel you Monday Tuesday and Wednesday only a few hours prior and you say that they probably will cancel you for Thursday and Friday. I called the company to be removed and I needed to call out of the shifts. Which I was penalized for.

I have worked with IntelyCare for 2 years now and it hasn’t failed me yet. I love that it is very convenient whenever you need the hours and money. But you have to be able to show up and be dependable because it’s based on how many shifts you worked like to reach to another level on the app to get bonuses and higher pay. But so far it helped payed my bills and have me moved out to a new place.
You can pick up all you want. But you can’t cancel within a certain time without it being flagged. But they will show you high cancelation places ALL the time which you will get canceled and God forbid you cancel them for something more promising last minute. There is no accountability for the faculty just you and YOUR license you worked hard for.
Been with the agency for a few years. Have absolutely loved the app, easy to work with. But this most recent update leaves all of the shifts out of order, they used to be in order by date, now it’s harder to navigate the availabille shifts
I had to call off from one of my shift because I wasn’t feeling well so they suspended me for two weeks no one was giving me a call back until the end of two weeks then they fired me . If your a person who has kids and a family to take care of please have a back up job because they will suspend you for more then a week . Even if it’s an emergency. Save your time an actually apply to a facility because they are sooo unprofessional!!!
I booked my self for an entire month. I have barely work 6 days out of that. The facilities cancel you last minute, frequently the same day. It happens frequently. And you just waste the day and lose money because there’s no other shifts available to pick up. Very disappointing. Not recommended.
I guess it would of been a nice app but they keep telling me that they currently don’t have jobs for the state of California and ask me if I plan on working in any other states, witch I don’t.
