Intercom App Type B

Your app is always failing. No longer ringing through to my phone anymore. Doesn’t connect to the camera anyone, just says failed all the time. Everything all on the same network but still doesn’t work. Try and reconnect my phone to the intercom and fails over 20+ times before it finally decides to do it but still doesn’t work. Just a very poorly designed app. In serious need of a software update.

Since latest IOS updates the app has ceased to function for me. Was sporadic prior to this.

The app and functionality are great when working but it’s not quite reliable enough. Communication errors are a constant threat as this prevents the app being used. No good if you’re out of the property and want to answer the door. Currently, the app goes wild when someone presses the buzzer. I get a notification on my iPhone X and Apple Watch but because it keeps buzzing, I’m not able to answer. It would be great to get this bug fixed ASAP. For an expensive bit of kit I would hope for some more support.
