Currently I’m simply clicking on the app help link and each time, the app shuts down. This is not even my original problem. Looking at the “body status” info, I cannot see it all. Ex; .. “straight into your liver and cont” … where is the remaining information? Let’s start with those two bugs.
I’ve developed a pretty good exercise and diet plan but have a tough time developing a start and stop time safely. This app has filled that gap. Good Job Guys!
I will be starting my first fast tonight at 7:00pm. Informations good and I’m glad that my fasting times are during the night.
Love the interface and how it looks but it doesn’t fit on the screen. The “Profile” page looks great! But the “Fasting” and “Goals” pages cut into the top of the phone. For example, the “Edit Plan” button on the “Fasting” screen is cuts into the status bar so I can’t press it properly. There needs to be more padding at the top so this error doesn’t happen. Could this please be fixed? I have an iPhone 15 Plus fyi.
great app i like the design and its super simple. only suggestion is that it needs a dark mode option
I have maintain weight but not lossed but 5 pounds . I’ve been on a fast for 28 days 12 to 21 hr fast . Very frustrated. They really need an app that helps with food ideas for this and recipes . The only thing I can say it keeps you on tract not to eat until your time . Very limited app
I really don’t like that if I forget to log my time in the morning.. I can’t go back and edit it. I think this app is very user friendly. I’m on the search for another one. It shows I missed a day of fasting because I forgot to log and can’t go back. Very frustrating.
I loved this app even for the short time i used it. It is absolutely amazing and dang near perfect but fasting simply isn’t sustainable for me. If your ready to commit and get down this definitely for you
I’ve tried almost every fasting app available and this is by far my favorite. I just wish it was up to date with all the others that allow Home Screen widgets. Can we get an update ?
I downloaded two other apps and immediately uninstalled them, because they’re too restrictive. I’m looking for something that will work with me, not make me work and this one’s the one that looks easier to simply press start and track my fasting, without having to set a specific end time (I like to go as long as I can without having to follow any rules). I’m ready to fast on with this way to use app!!!
