Intermittent Fasting Hero Diet

The app is effective as a timer but please urgently make a widget so I can see the time elapsed or remember if I am in the fasting or eating cycle. DESPERATELY NEED A WIDGET ON HOME SCREEN AND LOCK SCREEN.

Deleted after one of the many adverts could not be removed to allow access to the app despite numerous attempts. Avoid!

Kicked me out of my log in and when I went back in, all my data was erased! Delet and stop using

Nice simple easy to follow fasting app.

Too many ads

My wife and I downloaded this. On her phone the app wouldn’t load after the first day. On my phone the app would reset everyday and I would have to reenter my metrics. Which is a shame because it is hard to find a good free fasting app. Gave 3 stars because the app is actually good but too buggy to use.

I really like this app. It’s easy to use. I would give it 5 stars but about ever 3rd day I have to log back in. I’m terrible about remembering passwords so it takes me a few tries to get in. I don’t know why it keeps booting me out but it’s annoying.

This app was doing so good but yesterday it glitched and thinks the date is 11/20 instead of 11/29, and I can’t update it. If I look at my past fasts it shows I’ve been fasting (18/6 fast ) for the past several days and is current, but when I tried to start today’s fast it showed 11/20 and claimed I’d fasted straight through until yesterday. Fix the glitch and I won’t delete the app.

It was set up so I would have to sign up for a diet plan and exercise plan. I don’t want that

App was working for its purpose but all my data disappeared and when signed in it was blank and not available
