Love how simple and easy the UI is. Major upgrade from all the other fasting apps I’ve tried. Features I’d love to see: 1) clearer display of the daily fast hours on the graph in the dashboard tab 2) colour difference on the graph for when fast target is met/unmet

I use the free version. No ads, no glitches, many features (of which most can be disabled). My two fave features: 2) customize down to the minute when to start/end a fast & automatically have the timer start at the scheduled time 1) can rate fasts with cool-looking faces

The perfect app for tracking my fasts. Simple and user friendly without all the stuff I don’t need or want. I can check my fasting schedule at a click of my phone.

I was looking for an easy flexible fasting timer to help me stay on track. All the other apps I found were set for 16:8 or something like that but I prefer to do 24-72 hour fasts instead. I love the flexibility of fasting in this way. For instance I can do a fast for 35.5 hours if that fits my schedule and lifestyle. For me the sweet spot for optimal health and nutrition is a 46ish hour fasting schedule but I love that I can make it my own. Love the app. Very helpful for me and my goals.
