After being diagnosed with colon cancer, my chart has been a godsend. Easy to check for appointments and all my test results.

I am so happy to have found Melissa S.P.A .She is thorough,smart,caring and understanding of my concerns and health issues.

Intermountain Health’s Good Samaritan Hospital saved my life, so I am obviously thankful for them. Amazing people! The app, though truly is amazing. While in the hospital or in ER, I received my test results (bloodwork, scans, ecg) in the app at the same time the doctors and nurses received them. I knew what was going on every step of the way, and was prepared to ask informed questions. It’s also terrific to have access to my historical records in their system. They make it easy to compare current results with past results. Honestly - couldn’t be better!

While I do like using my chart to communicate with my health care providers,I am not a fan of AI! I don’t think it should be used for my medical records in My Chart!

My insurance paid my claims and they sent me to collections now

I love my care provider but Intermountain health, the for profit business is ruining healthcare and destroying our community.

I am trying to schedule a visit with my primary care provider, does not appear to be a clear cut way to do this. Very frustrating. I will have to call the office and be on hold forever which is another frustrating experience.
