As a customer you can:
- View Onsite & Scheduled Remote Appointments in a single calendar
- View, Cancel & Close Onsite & Scheduled Remote Appointments
- Initiate On-Demand Video and Phone Interpretation Sessions with access to the Boostlingo Professional Interpreter Network (BPIN) including Gender & Requirements filtering
- Join Scheduled Video and Phone Interpretation Session
- Communicate directly with your language partners
- Change expired password
As an interpreter you can:
- View and Respond to Job Offers (in-app or via email)
- View Onsite & Scheduled Remote Appointments in a single calendar
- View, Confirm & Close Onsite & Scheduled Remote Appointments
- Add supporting documentation and Expenses
- Make yourself available for On-Demand Video and Phone Interpretation and receive calls on your mobile device with a variety of Job Offer modes to choose from as well as collecting in-call information
- Join Scheduled Video and Phone Interpretation Sessions from your mobile device
- Communicate directly with your language coordinators
- Change expired password

I have been trying unsuccessfully to contact someone to correct error, but not response whatsoever. I deleted the app, and installed it again (3 times) and only got me more frustrated. Awful app I would recommend it to anybody, unless they change the settings
