Spa heat, pool heat, pool chemistry, blower and lights all automated through the app. I haven’t had an issue with it, very happy.

Had this app since we had our pool. Unable to log in. Error that appears says the information is not in correct format. Disappointed that it is so clunky.

The app is very slow, very often doesn’t open and is limited in the data you want from it even though that data is in the “box” eg I would rather have chlorine and salt levels instead of ORP. At the moment it is saying JSON will not serialise the data as not in the right format. Seeing as the data is theirs and the filter system is theirs and the app is theirs I’m going to say it is their fault. The idea for this is good but it’s never worked as it should. When readings did not match the pool shops readings it was their (the pool shop’s) fault. The sensors are expensive to replace and seeing as I don’t have confidence they even work properly I reluctant to replace more. There there are obviously bugs as it’s rated 1.4 at this time but as none have been addressed in 2 years it should also not fill you with confidence.

Freezes all the time. I see their is a website that you can log into instead of using the app. Haven’t tried this but the app needs updating. Technician was good. Pump broke and he came out within 2 days and fixed it straight away.

Worst app and system with lights even when it works

Slow to access then o my sometimes loads. Can not change anything I. To as just sits loading most of the time. Needs a major fix ASAP

Worse app ever. Steer clear and never buy!!

The worst app I have ever experienced, please whatever you do pay attention to the reviews. Do not pay for this technology when you purchase your new pool. You will not use the app and revert to manual operation. Only clicked one star so I could write a review. This is not a functioning app.

App put simply just doesn’t work. The equipment itself is not even 6 months old, all plastics faded, pressure gauge on cartridge filter doesn’t work, heat pump constantly has errors, auto dosing not accurate and customer service to resolve any of the above is non existent.

PLEASE never create an app again. The chlorinator hardware is decent, but this app is disappointing in every way. Originally it was always pretty bad but did at least work. More recently, the last 6 months, it has become so unreliable that attempting to use the app to check the readings, adjust pump speed or change a schedule can take several weeks of trying and trying again to find a time when the app doesn’t spin-a-dial-to-nowhere or just not work. If you want a chlorinator with a smart app, go elsewhere, buy a different chlorinator. Insnrg have failed on the tech front.
