Had been working, but now can’t login, or change password or sign up for a new account. Luckily the heater is on auto as I can’t access the unit to turn it off. The app was the only way of control.

Why cant I log onto any account I create? Cannot reset password either…. Please rectify

Like a number of recent reviews my app stopped working a few weeks ago too. Can’t log on. Can’t reset password. Can’t create new account. Not sure who to contact. But really should be fixed.

A very needed app which has not worked for a couple of weeks now over the summer, which has been very annoying. Please can this be addressed?

I have used this app for past 12 months with the EvoHeat Fusion 12 HeatP Pump. It has been off line for extended periods but OK when working. However, the app stopped working several weeks ago and now will not allow any login or password resetting. In fact it is completely useless making the phone controller completely useless. Not recommended for anyone.

Atrocious app. If power goes out, have to re-sync with wifi. Most often than not, cannot even log into the app because there is some sever backend required to maintain connectivity. What the hell is that about? Why is there no direct connection to the unit. So frustrating! When you can connect, it actually does the job well enough, but far to many issues to ever recommend.

Worked ok for a while but now has login issues. App has not been updated for a long time.

I have same issue as other reviewers. The device is very complex to connect, once connected it disconnects after a while and you spend more time in troubleshooting the blue tooth and wifi connector than using the app to manage the device and monitor temperature. It’s frustrating and waste of time at best. Usefulness 0.5 stars out of 5.

App won’t let me re name device which is annoying but it does the basics of displaying Temperature and allowing Heat Pump to be switched on and off.
