App isn’t showing my Investment .Dashboard shows error since about two weeks

I love this app, it was simple to log in to and the way it’s designed makes it easy for me to keep up with my little investments with Hignell. Thank you to the developers.

The biggest hurdle in using the app is no biometrics sign in features. Makes you use less secure, easy to remember password.

It’s 2024, why no Face ID or saved credential option?

I’ve been using the app for the last year or so without a hitch but in the last several days I haven’t been able to get on it. It’s either got refresh or exit and I can’t get it to go to the portal I need. this is the first time there’s been a bug that doesn’t seem to be fixed.

Can’t log in since the update. Just says something went wrong and neither refresh or logout work.

My app loads and opens up my business, but after the initial open, it freezes up and will not reopen , with deleting the current version and reloading. Good Morning Thank you for your prompt response and quick fix to my app. It is working as expected. Love your service.

I can not log in to the app and it’s constantly given me issues for the last year of using it.

I have to delete and reinstall the app all the time. Very frustrating.

It’s has a great feel and layout, but it lags out too much.
