Good camera, App needs improvement
The quality of the picture is very good during the day and night. The sound works good. The app could be better.. There’s some delay between the actual mouvements and sounds that we see on the app. There’s some delay on the app when I’m trying to turn the camera (example if I press to turn the camera to the right, it takes a few seconds for the camera to react and actually turn) it’s the same thing if I try to talk or play a lullaby. Notifications work great, I like that we can have the choice of notifications we receive (mouvement, sounds..) One thing I really hate is that we need to pay to have more options on the app.. this camera is already 200$+ and we need to pay more every month if we want more (daily summaries, analysis of sleep, face recognition, smile detection, cry graphs, recording, memory clips)…
App issues
Camera is great. App needs improvement. It seems to work fine on some devices, while it constantly cuts in and out on my newer ipad. Server connectivity should be improved also, this has caused us some anxiety due to disconnections and inability to monitor our child for short periods of time (<1hr at a time). Technical support is very helpful and quick to respond when issues are occurring!
Garbage don’t work.
Wasted 1 hour try to setup. It’s a returned product from toys r us. Tried reset twice and setup cannot be completed and the message was if you are trying to connect a secondary phone. Return this piece of junk to store right after this review.
No sound
Video quality is good, the sound doesn’t work on the app. How can this be fixed? Audio is equally as important as visual, especially at night when parents are sleeping.
Good tech support, quick response
Camera is great video and sound. Only issue is that you need good internet. We took it with us on vacation and it wouldn’t work with the wifi available at the Airbnb. There is a 2 second delay but it’s fine. App update created some issues for apply users but I contacted support and they helped me immediately.

Money Hungry
We’ve been using this for 3 years, and initially it did what we needed it to do. Overall we were happy with it, but as time has progressed features keep getting taken away from those that aren’t paying monthly. So bravo on your business plan but shame on you. We’ll probably be switching to a different brand for our next child.
Camera connect
Need to do a way better job camera keep buffering or won’t show any signs that it works properly
Horrible app
App fails to load. When loaded app lags even with 1,2000 mbps internet. Changing angle freezes the app and camera needs to be unplugged to restart it.
