You can still keep the scan at store for those who prefers to do it at the store. Always tap and tap at the merchants store always got issue and getting help from concierge always get the reply we will only do for you this time. Like as if we like to see you.

App seems to have updated. Got logged out and can’t log back in now. The buttons don’t work at all.

Staff said after payment then scan the membership card，will require some times to reflect the points in app but nothing receive as it was a definitely a $100 spent.

what a horrible new app. The app is such a dump on user experience compared to the old one. The steps to locate Carpark value, Topping up etc is so much harder to use and counterintuitive compared to the previous version. Just copy the work flow from the older version. Horrible

A sales person asked me to download the app as there is an available voucher which can be used for my purchase. But when I tried to register my account, it hangs and I tried to redo the process thrice but it still doesn’t go to the next step after the OTP verification. I don’t understand how an app made specifically for ion can’t work while I’m in ion itself. I even went outside of ion to register as the sales person said it might be a telco connectivity issue inside the building but still registration is stuck. Definitely a bad user experience for a first time user like me.

Update takes forever (one hour plus!) so never get to use the app to collect points.

I keep receiving the message of “service seems to be unavailable”. Currently still waiting for the fixes. It takes forever for them to update the app to compatible with the current iOS.
