App rarely allows login without going through a series of buggy 2-factor authentication steps which generally ends in no access and a ‘we are experiencing technical issues’ message. The 2FA cannot be opted out of so the app is pretty useless.

As a customer this is really very poor, rarely loads properly. Expect to be way better.

App is totally non functional. Crashes when attempting to login

Provide log in details from saved details and shuts down when you hit login. Seems to have been an issue for some time.

This app is useless. It keeps crashing when I'm trying to login to the app from iPhone. It's been happening for months and no one is fixing it. Such a shame. I wish I could give 0 star 😑

Avoid signing up with IOOF if you value being able to access your account via this app. It has not kept pace with iOS versions and you can no longer login via mobile unless your iPhone is so old that Apple have stopped applying iOS updates to your phone. C’mon IOOF build a proper app and not just a rendered version external link to your webpage Disappointing.

No point in having an app. You can access it 1 in 5 times. You open it, it recognises your face and then asks you to add in all your details and register again or just goes black white screen

A blank white page without anything

App is useless will not load onto iPhone or iPad you have to keep going to search and open it up that way, what a waste of time even having it available on apps when you cannot even load it on your phone.

Does what it needs to do, easy to check balance and even trade as well.
