IP camera viewer airsight

Worked great for a year or so,then just no more emails.had phone checked out no issues,had my email checked no issues.apple says software firmware updates.x10 Airsight people say no new firmware is available.i say they need to double check.

Fails about 90% of the time on wifi outside the local network and fails LTE 100% of the time. Used to be great app.

App makes it look like it matches what I have but its not. Wrong app for Poloroid IP200W

Set up was amazingly simple. I think it took less than 1 min. The x10 quick guide instructions don't exactly match the App verbage/instry, but u can get the gist enough to get it working. The landscape view enlarges the displayed view, but the swipe gestures for Pan and tilt are inverted, i.e. counter intuitive. Zoom control doesn't work at all. A pinch to zoom gesture feature would be great

New update the cameras are freezing up after about 15 seconds of viewing

Been close to a year since I bought 2 cameras. Excellent quality cameras but the software is crap. Give me a break. They are still selling good quality cameras yet the software that runs them is no good. You go to their site and when you ask for the updated software they say leave your email and we'll let you know when we have it back in stock. Greedy is all I can say. Dissappointed

We purchased the xx59a and the xx60a cameras. The old app that came with the 1st xx59a, P2PCam264 works with zoom, but this app does not have the zoom feature. Even though the cameras have the zoom capability. Further, the new cameras don't work consistently with the old app.. The xx60a does not work with it at all. We will probably return the cameras we just bought because the app is useless..if it were fixed we might reconsider

With this app, you'll be able to use the device, as long as it's connected to the internet. There seems to be NO wireless capabilities available. What JUNK, don't waste the money.....

Bought X-10 cameras several years ago, all pan and tilt and one with auto on with outdoor light. Spent quite a bit of money, and they never worked properly. I thought, maybe they finally had a good product that would function as I hoped it would. Didn't happen. Ripped off again. I should known better. I can't figure out how you stay in business distributing Chinese junk. Don't buy this crap.
