The app is not even optimised for larger iPhones. And infact iOS can do this if it is programmed properly by the developer. Who clearly didn’t. The app was also last updated a while ago. Please join us in 2021 iPass and get IT to earn their salary.

If your employer pays for this have a chat with the Finance team and show them the reviews for this because it’s a waste of money

I've successfully connected using this app on united and delta maybe once out of every 10 flights.

Haven’t opened the app in the last 2 weeks, yet it’s one of the apps that consumed the most battery. Always doing work in the background. Unsure what data the app is collecting and what for it’s doing it

Don't waste your time

Works fine with delta Wi-Fi but seems to mess up any sort of Wi-Fi that has a page you have to load to login like hotel WiFi’s or airport wifis. Basically I have to delete the after my flight and restart my phone to get it back to normal then I re download the app before my flight super annoying.

This app connects you to WiFi’s that are already free! This is useless in finding anything “hidden” . Good thing it was free. Or else I would have demanded a refund!

I bought this since I’m with the airlines. It hasn’t worked since the very beginning and I’ve written to them about a refund and have never back. Honestly, I think it’s a scam!!

Well when it works it works, and when it doesn't, it definitely doesn't I wish it had a better way of knowing which Hotspots it definitely can connect to instead of trying every one it finds

The app doesn’t work more than it does. Shows that it’s trying to connect but then after a few moments and errors appears that a connection can’t be made.
