Ранее была куплена премиум версия. После последнего обновления пропал русский язык и слетел премиум. Как быть?

Проработал 2 дня, на третий не могу зайти, пишет произошла ошибка , перезагрузила телефон-тоже самое!!! Решила сменить пин-код, пишет проверьте подключение интернета! И это окно всплывает и не уходит(((((
