Not user friendly

Keep on auto exits the app when scrolling down to see more events

Bad user experience

Why must the user be kicked out of login status after an update? I can’t even use forget password to relogin. Users who are willing to use you app likely have many other apps to manage. Don’t expect your user is always going to remember the login credentials for your app. Please fix it.

Rubbish App

App keep on logging out itself. So using the EV charging facility is close to impossible since it requires the user to be signed in. How wonderful…

Download app remove app download again n seem not working and not able to contact anyone in the team … wasting my time and energy 🥲

Unable to display QR code

Unable to display QR code. Either hangs or gives a popup saying “oops”. This results in queues at RBBC , and/or people giving up with the app.

Lousy App

What kind of app is this? Troublesome, cumbersome, you name it. The scanner is also slow and wasting time to wait for it to scan so that points can be collected when we dispose our recycles. Not talking about the voluminous amount of points that need to be collected before one could redeem. We’re not disposing furniture or something like that. Goodness, can’t you guys be a little more practical? Please, if you think that we got time to wait for all that while we voluntarily recycle our rubbish, then i think this is one app that should also be recycle. And that free parking was 10minutes - for 2 cars. Forget it.

Atrocious App!

App auto logout and difficulty for RRBC scanner to scan IPC Member QR code! Tack points earned for no-RRBC purchases are not reflected in the app which means we can't keep track of points accumulation. App developer may want to review and incorporate this tracking mechanism in the near future! Overall, not very user friendly and informative app.

Frustrated

Not User Friendly. Frustrated. - If forgotten password, takes longer time to reset.

Lousy app

Once logged in it logs out again even pressed remember me. Forgt password als doesnt work. Say sent email but never received.
