The person who told me to download this tried to scam me so be careful! They don’t need you to share your screen or anything!!!

Scammer tried to get me to download this app. Claimed it was necessary to validate my identity. DO NOT fall for this. App is probably fine for its intended purpose, but unfortunately used by scammers to get access to your device.

I called Microsoft help for a virus on my laptop and the Indian man on the phone with me not being racist, he didn’t know how to work the app and made me keep exiting and going in again but it wasn’t working he tried getting me to screen record my phone and I didn’t allow that. It was for safety according to him. I deleted the app and hung the phone app because I don’t need this app the virus on my laptop is gone but do not need this app. It gives u new id and password everytime you exit out.. it seems sketchy and won’t let you use it unless you screen record ur phone!! Goodbye!!!! Jesus loves you and wants to have a relationship with you, he is the only way to heaven!!!

Definitely used to scam. May now be used only by licensed individuals. No idea how this is controlled.

Used by Scammers do not use this app under any direction. Scammers pretending to be customer service uses this app to get your private information.

BE AWARE AND REPORT THIS FRAUD ATTEMPT (as others have reported) - coincidence? Just reverse look up their information and you’ll be shocked to find them on the FBI blacklist. Apple team— please investigate and eradicate this app used to steal personal information by broadcasting and recording your screen as they try to reassure you to allow them to record your screen while they guide you towards your banking apps.

This is a scam they use this to get in your phone.. someone said they were from apple and helping me but as I was clicking through my phone they recorded every key stroke .. asking me to check things .. I had to change my bank account.. do not ever use.. scammers from another country sounded Arabic..
