iPort Connect

Had this for a while now (my old review is the only 4 star one) and it used to work ok but spent an hour trying to make it work, just doesn’t. Flashes all sorts of lovely colours but are all meaningless. Mine flashes lovely and white but has zero effect on the speaker. Everything looks perfect in the app, latest firmware, right speaker all that. Help docs are useless , just tells you what happens in their ideal world. Don’t buy one, you’re better of burning your money. Absolutely livid at the rip off this is, the app should be removed from the App Store. It’s disgraceful this is a total waste of money

I am unable to use the remote as it’s not compatible with IOS 14. Nothing seems to be happening with a fix so a expensive piece of plastic sitting doing nothing. It’s highly unethical that they are continuing to sell the unit knowing full well it’s unusable for the majority of people.

The app doesn’t work with iOS 14 and the iPort itself doesn’t work with the latest version of Sonos. So a completely useless of expensive plastic! If you’re thinking of buying one - don’t waste your money.

Crash crash

App just crashes before you can set anything up, so the controller is just a very expensive flashing piece of plastic. Sending it back.

Even a long time now since iOS 14 released and no update to allow this to work, iPORT now a useless product! Please fix.

Keeps crashing every time I try and add a remote. Useless.

Please release a fix update to prevent the instant crash when selecting a remote in the app... having made some changes at home I’m unable to reassign the remote... it’s currently useless!!

The app just crashes when I try and open a device/room. Been a good product but now useless so I hope they fix soon.

The app and device is terrible. It doesn’t work, firmware will not upgrade. Overpriced device that doesn’t talk to the app. Going straight back for a refund
