iPrioritize

I love using iPrioritize, it helps me stay focused throughout the day and the questions have helped me realise what is most important to get done. The app is so easy to use and takes you through each step of what you need to do; categorising tasks into smaller sections. On busy days with limited time, the colour priority system has been a clear visual way of knowing what to start with. This app is a must have!

I'm loving iPrioritize. I watch the projects The Simple Idea team work on, as they are always really special. easy and simple but unique perspective and great value for money. Using this on my iPad is great, it makes it really easy to focus, and track in meetings, and when we do coaching with clients, or work on team goals, I can track them easily, and the tips they give are great (you can take a screenshot and have it as your lock screen). The colours are easy to understand, and I know it will get more and more useful as I get busy in the new year. It works really well with Things and GTD, as a different layer of focus, as they say its your GPS for life, Get it now, you won't regret it.

Using this to plan my year and my months ahead .. Good idea, but it would be nice to be able to edit the questions rather than be shoehorned into categories which aren't quite what I ask myself about the priority of a task - too "management guru-speak". The overall idea is OK though, and at least the interface is simple. Beware the help system. I followed the link to their web site and tried to enter my details - it locked out my ipad and forced a full restart. No support link on the site.

Usually my mind is a blur with to-do lists. There is always that question of what should I be focussing on right now as we all have limited time and focus. IPrioritize helps me channel my energy on the tasks that really matter at all time. I have recommended a number of colleagues get it. Thank you for this app!

As a mature student my life is full of to do lists this app is ideal. Thank you.
