iQ Digicare

this app is great but there is a problem, its kinda dumb that i cant recharge my wifi thru the app when my iQ wifi is not working. like its not like im always gonna check to see how many days left for me to recharge it. i really wish i could recharge offline either. also another problem besides the app, why cant we recharge when we call you guys (the iQ company)? like how else do you expect me to recharge my wifi when you literally wont let me recharge it thru the app OFFLINE..?

Recently the internet speed is very slow, sometimes it doesnt work at all. You used to be the isp in the region….

The app almost never works when I try to recharge. It keep on telling me to connect to the iq network, what network do you think I’m on? 🙃
