Have to enter user credentials EVERY time. Even when you have diligently checked the remember device. It’s annoying and gives the app a cheap feel

Hate the app I have to close it and log in about 5 times before the log in button actually works

Always logging me out regardless of selecting the option to keep me logged in

I’ve asked questions multiple times with no response beyond “we’ve received your message” and the parcels update never works youre better off just checking with reception. Also stay logged in feature doesn’t work kicks you out anyway

Why is the iq app faulty? I can’t login the login button don’t work. I need to get my fast pass

So I was logging back in to my account to check up on my booking feed and then five seconds in the screen goes white and nothing shows up. I’ve left it for some time on it’s own just in case but it still remains just a blank screen. I deleted the app and downloaded it again; turned my phone on and off; switched WiFi; tried it all; screen still goes blank after logging in.

Let’s me log in, but just says resident and doesn’t show my contract or even my name and details

Unable to file a maintenance request via app, option to do so isn’t even available.

Tried to log in but the log in button doesn't even work

Page won’t use my email and when I send a request to confirm my email it freezes again. Please fix.
