My issue isn't so much with the app as much as it is the bank itself. I've been with them for almost 20 years. Every time I've attempted to get a loan, I've been denied. Despite years, and years, and years of securing my money with them.. Like I get it but IQ denies me, when 50 others approve me..? So no customer loyalty in that regard, but the app is flawless, super easy to use, and the people at IQ are always incredibly friendly. So despite my gripe, 5 ⭐️ My issue is just personal lol🤷🏻😅

Try finding things like statements for accounts. If you have used Chase app, you wont be happy with this app.

I have already logged in with my credentials and then set it as Face ID to login so when I log in to the app and looking at my accounts it kicks me takes me to the login at the app is that a bug ?anyone else have this issue

I’ve been using iQ for over a decade, their recent app and business practices are absolutely not customer friendly nor employee oriented either. I’ve started as a customer then an employee and been dissatisfied and discriminated just based on my origin. Very sad to see where this company is heading

Quit updating your app and making it so difficult to get into after your updates every time you update or do something. I have to figure out how to sign back in or I need to call the bank and get help signing back in. if it’s not broke, why fix it Can you people just leave things alone and let it operate like it should you don’t need to fix something that broke can’t get it to your head

IQ is thorough, provides opportunities and incentives to save, alerts you of safety issues with your account AND you can talk to a genuine human instead of punching numbers if you have need to. Highest praise!
