Все работало прекрасно, пока не обновили ios на 9 версию. Разработчики, срочно примите необходимые меры, приложение перестало работать!!!!

Прекрасная программа и все работало, но до обновления на iOS 9. При попытке подключить сам iRig BlueBoard приложение закрывается.

This app works to change patches. And that’s about it. It doesn’t allow you to update the firmware in the BlueBoard (there’s a second app for that purpose, though it doesn’t work either — you have to connect first via Bluetooth and the Catch-22 is that IK Multimedia uses a different version/protocol than Apple so the Bluetooth only works within the app. ( It’s like a doctor trying to operate on themselves!) Support is laughably bad: the Help menu in the app directs users to a manual which consists of a single blank page apart from the words ‘Not Found’ (no kidding). I first wrote to company support in Sept 2018 looking for assistance with updating firmware (through the app or my Mac). It’s now December 2019 (!) and I still have a BlueBoard I can’t update, even after borrowing a PC. Software is one part of the success of a company. Support is the rest! Avoid this app/product.

I will never buy another product (software or hardware) from this company. They have zero support for this product but they continue to sell it. I very, very rarely write bad reviews because I know how detrimental it can be to a business but these guys obviously don’t care about their users. This app crashes every time I open it. I only opened it because they don’t have a Mac app which they claim they do. So basically this controller is useless to me. I’m seriously incredibly irritated by the disregard for their users.

Help button > user manual > file not found After seemingly endless repeating product registration hamster wheel, finally got into the Blueboard. I followed the instructions to download the hardware manual, but it only works online, and intermittently at that. “403 Forbidden” is the frequent result. Then I download the app and have to go through registration hamster wheel AGAIN. Then I go to the menu for the software MANUAL and get “manual not found” Jeez. I think this company is primary income stream is in selling user data. It certainly isn’t in producing a good customer experience.
