Please fix it

Practically impossible to submit claims in any kind of efficient way which I’m sure is exactly what ILH want

Of all the life insurance apps I have used over my time, this has to be the most non user friendly app. I would suggest sitting next to a user and see how slow this system is and how many times the system bugs so you can see for you yourself how bad it is. Submitting multiple claims is a nightmare

It is very slow to send receipts, it errors out quiet a few times

Difficult to log on at times, redirects you to browser where you have to enter email then redirects again to another page, enter email again and pass. Then APP allows you to use PIN. Sometimes! After app update, same procedure again.

I have tried to submit multiple claims from iPad app and it has never worked. Submitting from computer is a bit of a lottery; sometimes it works, other times no. And when it doesn’t submit, all the information you’ve typed in, is lost. Frustrating beyond belief.

Slow, settings seem to change from claim to claim. Also, privacy settings have changed and there doesn’t seem to an option not to share your data across Irish Life.

The app is good in general when approaching claims and such. However, I can't login to the app as there is no response when I press Login button. The app is updated, so I have no clue why would it not work.

None of the features work correctly. If they do it’s intermittent. Documents never sync, your policy doesn’t load correctly to check cover. Don’t even waste your time.
