Students can scan the back of their ua card and tap login request if they forget their credentials. If download the updates it does run consistently with no issue. They have support 24/7 and assist members when asked. Call if you have trouble. They walk you through any trouble. Had an apprentice think ot sis not work because they were using their camera to scan their card instead of app. We enter ojt daily before leaving job site and never have an issue unless there is no wifi and bad signal.

Just joined the union, started working and now I can’t turn in my hours since the app crashes. I will be penalized

This app is an absolute joke. It’s entirely unusable. Not a single aspect of this app actually works.

Tried to login using the QR code, App immediately shut down. Then used membership number - error mssg. I’m still not clear if it’s the username and password same as UA website… Doesn’t mean matter because none of them worked.
