White screen

I am unable to open your app from 2 months every time it shows white screen after the splash screen. iPhoneX iOS version 16.2

Not able to add bank account

When I receive the OTP from my bank, I enter the 4 digit pin code but the app won’t let me proceed further (The keypad does not go away after entering the numbers). Overall the app and its functionality is good but this one hiccup is causing problems in the efficiency of the app.
