The app simply just does not connect to my scooter, therefore no matter how good it is, it’s practically useless since it doesn’t work

The app never connected to the scooter

everything is so amazing and perfect in this app! I love my iScooter 10

After it’s installed, make sure Bluetooth is on in your phone settings. Then go to settings for the iScooter app (through phone settings, NOT within the iScooter app), then turn on Bluetooth there.

I think this app is fantastic, but it won’t connect to my scooter. Could you please update it?

The app is cool but what to the point of having it?

I literally just download it just to try and test it out on my iScooter ix3 and the Bluetooth does not connect whatsoever. I’ve turned off my scooter and turned it back on to try to connect to it and it still does not work. You guys really need to fix this app. This will be a perfect app for this scooter. I really hope you guys are able to fix it. I would love to enjoy using his app for my scooter.💯

I was worried at first based off of the reviews and a not so good experience with the Hiboy scooter app but it’s working for the i10 Max and connected immediately. I haven’t tried many of the features yet so I’ll definitely be back with an update.

I read the reviews and was concerned but it worked right away just as advertised it Doesn’t conect automatically like AirPods you have to listen to the prompts on the app but it works

This app is “so cool” it’s not. App won’t connect. Can’t even connect to Bluetooth on iPhone, only on android but then also can’t connect to app. No help anywhere either, instead of useless updates, read reviews, see your app rating and realize.
