Tried to register an account. Its take me years. I still unable to register my account yet 🥱🥱🥱

Apps is still in development mode and unable to logged in

I’m unable to log into the apps using the Facebook login. I keep getting an error message saying this KL Rewards App is still in development mode and I don’t have access to it. Switch to a registered test user or ask an app admin for permissions. Why are you creating an app which is inaccessible and ask us to join the app when it is still in development mode?

App doesn’t work

Terrible, terrible, terrible. After trying over and over again to sign up via Apple ID or Facebook, I kept getting a “sign up failed” message. Then the customer service guy at Isetan KL told me cannot use those options cos they don’t work. (So why do you give those options, Isetan?) He said can only use phone number. So I did the phone number way. Supposed to get a 4-digit code which never came. Tried over and over again — never came. So, basically, nothing work. Cannot even sign up at all, how to get rewards? Whoever developed your app should be fired. Pronto.

I can get great Japanese product here

Easy to link my Isetan member to the app. The UI is very nice.

App crashed twice

App crashed twice during sign up, and I can’t proceed with the registration on iPhoneXSMax

Member card bar code not showing. Every time stuck at cashier.

Useless app that cant register new user

What’s the point of baving an app that no one can register as a user. It hangs after keying in sms pin or after FB link

Put off by the sign-process.

To be honest i just downloaded the app however was put off by the fact that i’m only given 2 sign choice either by FB or using my phone number. Honestly I preferred neither. Not user centric. Therefore i give it 1-star rating and will uninsta the app.

Half-baked apps

Tried login with mobile no. No pin no received despite repeated requests. Didn’t bother with FB login
