Not impressed

Several attempts to fix logon issues. Several calls to call centre. Two weeks on still an issue. I have to say this is the most frustrating bank app in Jordan ( in my experience)

Terrible user experience UX. Everything lags and acts in an unexpected manner. Most importantly, needed to stop a card because it had malicious activities; went to the app, and spent 10 mins looking for the option— didn’t find it— just to be surprised that you had to press on the card, wait for a weird options page to open, then GO BACK to a different page than the original one, then look for my card, before finally going to manage my card— a button in white at the bottom of the page, to finally stop it. If you didn’t understand the process I mentioned, it’s because this is a TERRIBLY designed app. Stopped the card by phone.

User interface outdated compared to competitors (eg Arab & Etihad banks). You need to contact customer support if you do not frequently login to the application which is inconvenient to say the least.

Very bad app design and service. BIG NO!!!!!!!! Bad everything.

The application’s interface needs for more simplification, the total amount summary for the accounts calculations is wrong “ especially if you have accounts with different currencies” it adds up the amounts as it it was all Jordanian diners. I hope this issue will be fixed and hopefully the application be more simple and user friendly.
