Just doesn’t work
Followed all instructions and wifi connect just doesn’t work. The first camera we got was faulty and wouldn’t run on battery and now the new camera wifi doesn’t seem to work.

This is an app for iCatch Single Board Camera (SBC) which it is a simple camera board with firmware SDK. The app can remotely control SBC, including following function.
Connection procedure :
1.turn ON the Wi-Fi on iPhone/iPad and Camera
2.search camera SSID and connect, the password is 1234567890
3.after established the Wi-Fi connection, launch the app.
Features:
1. Preview stream, Live streaming from camera.
2. Trigger action, In the preview stream, you can trigger camera to take a video or picture.
3. Support burst shot
4. Support delay capture.
5. Support video quality change.
6. Support image size change.
7. Support white-balance change
8. Format the camera SD card.
9. Listing photo & video files and download or delete files.
10. Single photo playback.
11. Automatic time correction with iPhone or iPad when established the connection.
12. Preview streaming is more smoothing.
13. Support video playback with audio before download.
14. Support upside down.
15. Support slow motion.
16. Support TimeLapsed record as video or picture.
17. Support social network sharing
18. Support change camera SSID & password ( remember turn off/on camera wifi)
19. Support Date-Time Stamp setting in video mode
20. Support playback time-lapsed and slow motion video without download

Cant change the camera WiFi password with this app.
It works fine
Go to your wife settings it’s simple
Won’t connect to camera
It won’t connect to my matecam x9 so I can’t change any settings on it, garbage app.

I just got this camera and found it easy to upload pictures to my phone. Wanted an updated phone for trip I’m taking soon. Pictures look good too!

All the reviews say it is terrible but once you connect it it works great
Waste of time
The nightmare app makes the camera worthless. Bad business! Nice camera and unstable non functional app. The app freezes the camera while trying to connect to WiFi and you have to remove the battery of the camera just to get unstuck! I have tried this app on ios iPhone and on android google pixel phone through the play store. Same problems both devices and both operating systems. It is the app. I am computer and programming literate. Are they trying to destroy this camera business? It looks like it- and they are doing an excellent job! Nasty. Will they ever fix it? Looks like never as they have had these same complaints for YEARS!!!
CAMERA WILL NOT CONNECT
Please fix this app, this camera has so much potential, but this is what makes it breaks the purchase right here. The bad app! Please fix it!
