3 years and no UI improvements
It’s been 3 years since I last reviewed this app and noted the UI was outdated and not taking advantage of the full size of iPhone screens. Today, 3 years later, the UI is still the same size as before (suited for Touch ID phone, which are no longer on sale), and has big black bars at the top and bottom of the screen.
Very bad application
Application is: 1. Still does not support full screen on iOS devices like iPhone X, 11, 12; 2. Missing a lot of functionality compared to website (e.g. ability to set stock price alerts, ability to use line/area graphs, etc.); 3. Information doesn’t load, and require multiple forced manual refresh (e.g. stock prices, order status, etc.)
Ui🛑 US tradeable derivatives
After 4 years nothing change on the User interface 👎🙄 and please enable US warrant & Options trade its long overdue…people running to MooMoo rapidly due to cheaper and more intuitive display
Terrible app is just the surface
It’s app is terrible. Everyone knows that. But not being able to close a position when all my other brokerages can, is dangerous. I’m only holding one position and once I can close that position, I’m deleting this app and company. Also you won’t get any support if there are problems. They just ignore your emails
App needs a refresh
With more competition coming in do Update your app. The UI is so old. Not even basic charting features. We know it works but it feels bad. Will be moving to moomoo as soon as I take profit.
Garbage
Today cannot login for iphone users according to rakuten. Better look for other co 😡
Scam service
My trading account already suspended due to not active within 36 months but it still allow me to transfer money to the account. In order to reactivate I need to pay RM5, to withdraw all the money, need at least RM10 remain in the account. No matter how this platform will try to scam your money before you earn.
Account could not log in
Since this morning my account just couldn’t log in from my mobile phone
Unable to login in v4.7.0
After updating the app to version v4.7.0, i was unable to login to my account. My account is ok in the web version. The app doesn’t recognize my session after logging in and doesnt display any error messages
