Scammers, I bought a card, the money was debited, nothing came to the mail

We paid 52 euros for our duomo tickets from their website. Neither did they deliver the tickets, nor do they have any email or contact info. For my part, I’ve raised a transaction dispute with my credit card supplier and I’ve registered this offence as a cyber crime with the Italian police. Note for Apple: Please look for such complaints from other users against this developer.

Dachte am Anfang auch, dass ich bequem online ein 4-Tagesticket kaufen könne. Leider erst danach die Rezensionen gesehen. Unbedingt am normalen Schalter/Automaten kaufen, da kostet es die Hälfte, man kann es sofort nutzen und muss nicht quer durch die Stadt zur „Abholstelle“. Bekommen habe ich bei diesem verlassenen und völlig verwahrlosten Kiosk zwar eine physische Karte, allerdings nur für 3 Tage und nicht 4.

Absolute Touristenabzocke! Mit anderen Anbietern kommt man wirklich vergünstigt zu den Attraktionen. Ich habe ein Ticket für die Domterrasse gekauft wo der Voucher nicht funktioniert hat und ich sollte MilanoCard kontaktieren - nur irgendwo ist jemand erreich und kann einem helfen. Auch sonst nicht lohnenswert. Die Fahrkarte für die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel gibt es zum gleichen Preis an jedem Automaten, da muss man nicht durch die halbe Stadt zu einem Kiosk- einfach frech. Und die App als solches ist eine Katastrophe- mit neuester Handyversion öffnet sie sich meist nicht!
