How does it work?
1. Download the app
2. Sign up (as a private or business user, or with a company voucher code)
3. Select payment type (add a credit card or choose Apple Pay, GPay, PayPal or BLIK)
4. Order a taxi and... ride!
What's so special about iTaxi?
a) PRICE CONTROL
We have two price options: Choose the fixed fee using iTaxi Ticket to see the total cost of the ride before ordering a cab, or alternatively use the taximeter like a traditional taxi, allowing you to control the route your driver takes. And you can always reach us with any problems.
b) VERIFIED DRIVERS
For your peace of mind, all our drivers are verified for identity, have passed our internal exam, and are fully insured.
c) MOBILE PAYMENT
Don't worry about carrying cash or cards, just choose mobile payments and the taxi bill will be charged directly to your chosen payment type.
d) ADVANCE BOOKINGS
You can order a future ride by simply choosing your desired date and time, and rest assured your taxi will arrive on time!
e) SPECIAL CAB
Do you need a specific type of vehicle? You can choose the number of seats you require, plus safety partition, large trunk, or pet transport. These are available with just one click.
f) PREMIUM
Going somewhere fancy? Choose this option if you'd like to ride in style in a luxury car.
g) SHHHHH..!
Do you prefer to travel in silence? Just choose the option Quiet Ride in your profile!
h) SUPPORT A CHARITY
You can support a Foundation by selecting one of our chosen charities and we will donate automatically after each ride when you pay by card.

Isn’t working
App won't open
Не получается зарегистрироваться
Не присылает смс с кодом ни на турецкий номер, ни на русский. Возникает окно «не удалось сгенерировать код для отправки»
Hotel addresses
Would be great to fix addresses to hotels. When I call a taxi from a hotel, the app is using different addresses and the driver might wait around the corner or the street next by. As best, when customer is entering a hotel name, the pick up address is automatically fixed and not based on location. Thanks

easy and comfortable to use
To need a Taxi in Poland around Warsaw this app is absolute helpful. The shown prices of Taxis are realistic. The app is stable without errors. Unfortunately outside the larger cities not enough Taxis available. I used the app some times, partly with charging direct at the Taxi driver and partly with the direct charge by my company. Every time it was without any problems. My summary - it is a great app and absolute a must to use a Taxi in Warsaw and other larger cities in Poland. Or you will need luck and time.

Zamówiłem przejazd 1 dzień wcześniej na konkretną godzinę żeby zdążyć na ważne wydarzenie. Pół godziny przed godziną odbioru dostałem sms, że taxi się spóźni 20 minut. Aplikacja szukała wolnego kierowcy i nie znalazła! Cudem złapałem taxi z łapanki na ulicy i zdążyłem ledwo na czas. Po co dajecie możliwość rezerwacji przejazdu z wyprzedzeniem skoro jest to niemożliwe do zrealizowania? Nigdy więcej.
Such simple as reset password doesn’t work
My application was updated and I needed to login, however, reset of the password was not working. I couldn’t login and when I called support they told me to call next day, leaving me in the middle of nowhere for a whole cold night without a housing
