The first immune thrombocytopenia (ITP) monitoring app that connects you to your specialist presents a clean interface and informative reporting. More than just an intuitive tool for tracking your symptoms, their impact on your ability to function, and platelet counts, ITP Monitor allows you to access the support of your specialist (or our ITP Navigator) and the anonymous community of other ITP sufferers that you can interact with if you choose. Easy-to-read reports can be shared with others, such as family, friends or your healthcare providers. Designed in concert with RPM Healthcare’s founders' decades of patient education expertise.

Wish I could change between days

I really like this app and find it incredibly useful! The only part I don’t like about it is that I can only fill out the information for that day, I can’t go back and fill out information for yesterday if I forget. I would really like to see the ability to go back a day or two because I am a forgetful person and because I enter my information before I go bed which is often after midnight (and therefore a different day in the apps eyes).
