Videos do not fill up your screen if you have rotation lock on. A feature like YouTube’s full screen would have been fantastic here.

Binge worthy content as advertised, but this mobile app is making it impossible to binge! Can’t download a complete course in 1 go! You have to click on individual videos wait for the app to do “something”… then you can download that video. Very very painful. That’s the most annoying but really this app needs a real makeover. Maybe stop spending so much on podcast advertising! 5-star reviews would be more beneficial than a 2.8 average.

While the app is functional, this is easily the worst designed app I’ve seen out of all the tech training companies. Airplay is outright broken and has never worked on either my iPad or iPhone and their support refuse to assist, videos don’t get correctly recorded as being watched quite a lot, and I’ve been logged out of my account during watching a video more than once causing the next video to fail to load with no indication why, oh yeah and the error messages are abysmal. On my Apple TV it’s barely even functional as an application with no ability to control the video beyond play and pause with the above issues also present, but they’ve also failed to register the video as playing video to the system which means it goes into sleep mode 10 minutes into a video. ITProTV is good when viewed on a browser on a desktop or laptop (though STILL can’t register videos as being played automatically) but if you use smart TVs and mobile devices a lot this app is (sorry to be blunt) incompetently designed and I would strongly recommend avoiding.

The screen size of the videos is too small to see details of the presentation. The tops and bottom of the screen of iPhone X series phones is cropped. Please update😀

Ok - good to have to coordinate content, but wow, some big obvious misses in the interface, like for example being easily able to see which eps you’ve downloaded (not in the downloads section, I mean, as you can see them there, but you want to see what’s downloaded where you *actually* download episodes). Stunning miss. Also on the fly/contextual logins don’t work either with or without Keychain use. Do you actually test your apps before you release them?

Bit flakey with downloads for offline and app crashes when trying to Chromecast (iOS)

Hi App Devs, Is there any reason that the application doesn’t allow you to orientate landscape? The video content looks much better this way.

All you get when you use the app is free content, all of the paid content asks you to login even though the app shows that you're already logged in by giving you a log out option. Tapping the chromecast icon shows local chromecast devices but choosing the chromecast crashes the app consistently. Until you can actually log in to view the content there's not much use for the app yet, hoping the devs get a stable release out soon.

If you want to watch training videos offline, like on a plan or bus, then do NOT get this app or the yearly subscription. It does not work. I have been waiting a long time for this update and so far as I can see it is just as bad, if not worse, than the last one. You cannot download content reliably You cannot tell what order downloaded content should be watched in or even what series is comes from You cannot see what episodes you have already watched You cannot automatically download the episode you are up to When my subscription is due I will not be renewing it unless this app is fixed. I signed up because I heard on Security Now that I would be able to watch these videos offline if I subscribed for a full year. What a scam.

App seems to be bugged and the casting option does not work. Sent them an email hoping they’ll fix it.
