Downloaded the app, the search function will not provide any results. No matter what city I type in, or which icon I choose, the search comes up empty. I go to Aspen Colorado section. There are 8-10 icons for different Aspen property areas. Click on any of them, search results are blank.

Each time I use this app I have to sign in. With the new phone technology upgrades should be made so you can stayed logged in and facial recognition can be used. As an owner I would like to see my scheduling calendar to sync with my google calendar. In its current state please do not expect much more than the basics with this app. An upgrade is greatly needed.

It would be great to be able to stay logged in from your mobile device like other apps. Or at the minimum remember me (my email, to lessen the hassle some). Also it’s not the friendliest app to navigate. I think changing the aesthetics to something more pleasing along with a friendlier navigation would bold well for this app.

Repeatedly closes down. I’ve turned on and off my phone and deleted and redownloaded, but to no avail. It’s an otherwise useful and helpful app, but if it continues to disappear then it’s not worth a hill of beans.

I have a reservation ID...but nowhere to put it. Not even clear how to create a new account, I can't get to the menu button at top right of app...somehow doubt the value of this thing.

Sounds great but wouldn't let me sign in with different email than I used when I booked. Called customer service and got run around- was on phone for over 1 hour talking with staff about booking trips, none of the bookings showed up on app and was complete waste of time and now they have my personal info. Support staff nice but unhelpful and not knowledgeable. Save yourself the hassle and don't use this service

The company was great to work with. The app was a little difficult to navigate but was doable.

Did not care for this app. Had to sign in every time even with app on phone. Difficult to navigate. Wrote a whole review and it kicked me out and had to go back. Nowhere in all the info did it say to check in and out on app. Just happened to run onto it. The people I rented from did not use the app for messages. Can't just look at properties in an area without putting in specific dates.

Used it to check in and out, and ask questions. There is also tons of info in it so I didn't even need to ask the questions I did! This is the future of travel, just be neat if everyone had something like this!

I downloaded the app just prior to arrival at the condo I rented. It was really helpful in understanding the features of the property and also surrounding area.
