Updated app has removed the click and collect function but the app still takes card details?

I love the Itsu concept: clean, healthy food which is inexpensive and the service is brilliant. BUT for my lunch of chicken or veg paradiso, my spend of £4.49 or £4.99 is just short of the £5 spend needed to get a “butterfly” 😕

Every time I come to pay and scan the code … white screen! No code to scan no points! Can you please either have a default code preloaded or have the facility to scan the receipts.

the loyalty program is great, i’ve never had a problem with it. but for some reason my student discount keeps getting wiped from my account, like it literally won’t show up as existing. i used it once and then i tried again and in store they said my account didn’t have the student discount attached. please fix this!!!

The packaging of the pots you buy in stores mislead me to download the app, thinking they had a reward scheme for those (I don’t live close enough to a itsu store or visit enough to be able to build up points that way.) So now deleting the app

App is not allowing me to do anything other than view rewards and see my details. I am sure there is a problem here.

The app clearly needs a rethink. Not very straight forward. Also when making account the part where you have choice of uploading a photo ‘We need to see who we’re speaking too’ is nonsense. Itsu - you don’t need to see who you’re talking to at all. Don’t lie.

Why can’t I see the menu before I choose the restaurant? The worst thing is that the one next to my home is not even on the list! Don’t you know all your restaurants?

In shop, trying to use app one handed. Told 8-10 mins to be ready. No one in the kitchen. Great product but where did the service go?
