The app doesn’t work. What a shame. Now I have a product but I can’t see the footage of inside the ear so it’s a useless product

Useless app.. doesnt work at all. Threw away the whole teslong device all together. Typical made in China itemse and softwares

Suddenly started freezing I suspect it needs an update.

Worthless does not connect

My sister got my this cool gadget so I can look into my kids ears for infections. It worked great initially but then the app couldn’t find the camera anymore and it appears like it is trying to download the app. I’ve only used it a few times. It’s a bummer because it worked well when it was working.

It’s always blocking me or turning it off or black screen it’s a piece of junk save your money

I downloaded the app and it just say there in limbo forever. No picture available as it said searching...I’d like my money back!

I purchased the otoscope on Amazon for about $50 and set it up the moment it arrived. I had an ear infection and was able to treat it with an herbal remedy and monitor my daily progress. The app was easy to use and saved all the photos on my iPhone 10S
